INTER-CAMPUS BOOK REQUEST FORM

Istanbul Medipol University Libraries provide services across several campuses, including the North Campus, South Campus, Halic Campus, and MEGA Hospital Library. Users may request inter-campus book transfers for books available in the library collection but not held at their own campus library.

Inter-campus book requests can only be made for books that are available in the library collection and eligible for borrowing. This service is not available for materials with usage restrictions, such as reserved items or reference materials.

The inter-campus transfer process is carried out according to the transportation schedule between libraries, and book transfers are completed within a maximum of three business days.

Depending on availability, requested books are sent from the relevant library to the designated campus library. Users are notified by email when the requested books are ready for collection. Users are required to collect the requested materials within three business days of receiving the notification and return them on time at the end of the loan period.
